Volunteers

The Northlake Nature Center is an independent non-profit corporation organized to preserve, study, and publicly exhibit the natural and cultural resources of the Florida Parishes in southeastern Louisiana. Even though membership fees help contribute to the success of the Center, virtually all of the effort to develop and maintain the Center is provided by volunteers. If you would like to become a volunteer, please fill out the online Volunteer Form or call (985) 626-1238. E-mail queries can be sent to a< href="mailto:rue@northlakenature.org">rue@northlakenature.org

Volunteer Calendar

We will be creating a special volunteer calendar to help coordinate Workdays and other Projects at the Northlake Nature Center. Until then, please check the general NNC Calendar for scheduled volunteer activities.

There are always ongoing projects. If you are available, please call (985) 626-1238 or e-mail us at rue@northlakenature.org to find out what the current activities are and in what areas help is needed.

Thank You!
